  • Delivery within 7 business days post-event.
  • The client must secure permissions for drone use at the event location.

• Refund Policies:

  • Full refund for cancellations 48 hours before the event.
  • Partial refund (50%) for cancellations within 24-48 hours.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours unless weather or technical issues arise.
