• Service Policies:

  • Up to 2 hours of on-site coverage.
  • Includes a 1-minute highlight reel and raw footage upon request.
  • Permission for aerial recording is required from the event organizer.
  • Not responsible for capturing indoor events or moments obstructed by structures or objects.

• Refund Policies:

  • Full refund if canceled 48 hours before the event.
  • 50% refund for cancellations made 24-48 hours prior.
  • No refund for cancellations within 24 hours unless due to weather or technical issues.
